RELISER non GMO IP is a release agent that prevents baked goods and confectionery from sticking to the tins and moulds during production.The product does not contain any ingredient that has been produced from any Genetically Modified Organism (GMO’s). Therefore, the product has not to be labelled regarding GMO’s according to the regulations (EC) 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.
The RELISER lecithin helps to maintain a homogeneous film of release agent at the surfaces that improve the releasing properties.This is applied in all types of bakery, pastry and confectionery products.
It has been special designed to be used in baked products with high sugar content.
It can be used spraying or brushing the baking utensils.
